City Build was appointed to refresh iQ Student Accommodation’s Lambert and Fairfield House building in Manchester during the 2023 summer recess.
Lambert & Fairfield House is located 2 minutes’ walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station, and offers a wide range of student rooms, mini studios and apartments. This site contains a variety of study and social spaces, including a cinema, gym, bowling alley, karaoke room and gaming area. It’s ideally located for Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester, both within a 15-minute walk. Student rooms include a bed, study area and shower, with studios and apartments adding a kitchenette and more living space.
Our works included refurbishment of 182no. en suite bedrooms and associated cluster kitchens, together with a full refresh of the basement level amenities.
