Trafford General Hospital Theatres Fit-out

In early 2022 City Build handed over new operating theatres at Trafford General Hospital. Another contractor had previously undertaken demolition and strip out works and provided a new steel frame, roof and envelope to accommodate the theatres. Our contract was for the fit-out of the new shell facility plus provision of a new rooftop plantroom incorporating two theatres, pre-op areas, recovery suites and clean / dirty utilities.
