City Build has delivered a major expansion and refurbishment of Trafford Golf Centre. The scheme combined new construction, refurbishment, hospitality improvements and specialist external works at a busy leisure destination incorporating the driving range, Dino Falls Adventure Golf, American Golf and the on-site café.
The project included two new wings, refurbishment of the existing driving bays, reception and café, a new greenkeepers’ building and ball store, new driving-range stanchions and safety netting, and extensive external works and landscaping.
