The project was undertaken on a design and build basis with the brief to create an impressive 21st century entrance to the college, which could accommodate the flow of 3,000 students at key times during the day and include facilities such as a café bar, main reception area, seminar rooms, offices and a multi faith room with Wudu facilities.
