City Build was appointed to remodel existing 2nd floor classrooms and staff rooms at Ellesmere Park School in Salford. Ellesmere Park is a 3-storey flat roof building with brick and block external walls with reinforced concrete floor and roof slabs. The works consisted of stripping out and removal of existing internal partition walls, ceilings and floor finishes with installation of new internals and M&E services including power, data and lighting.
